Terms of Service for Primo Cloud

By accessing and using Primo Cloud, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms of service ("Terms"). Please review the Terms carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use Primo Cloud.

Primo Cloud refers to the cloud service offered by Primo Creative LLC, a company registered in Wyoming with its principal business location in Virginia.

5. Payment and Subscriptions

Primo Cloud offers a free tier and a Pro account subscription at $10/month. Refunds for the Pro account may be requested for the current month by emailing contact@cloud.primocms.org.

The underlying technology of Primo Cloud is primarily open-source. Some components may be closed-source, and the Primo Cloud repository is closed-source. You retain all rights to the content you create or upload to your sites on Primo Cloud.

7. Compliance with Laws

Primo Cloud complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for European visitors.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Primo Creative LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

9. Data Loss and Responsibility

While we strive to maintain a robust and secure environment for your data, we cannot guarantee complete protection against data loss, corruption, or service interruptions. By using Primo Cloud, you acknowledge and agree that Primo Creative shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or corruption of data that you may experience while using the service. You are solely responsible for maintaining appropriate backup copies of your data.

10. Termination

You may cancel your account and request a refund at any time. If you receive a refund and sign back up later, you must pay back the refund (subject to legal review). We may terminate your account at any time for any reason but will provide an opportunity to move your content to a self-hosted server.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of Wyoming.
